New X-CSL-Updater for IVAO ALTITUDE Pilot Client

A new version of the X-CSL-Updater 1.3.1 is released. Note! For Altitude Pilot Client ONLY. Keep in mind, the installation and update of CSL-models goes to a different installation path in this version (sim/plugins/IVAO_CSL/CSL). Now the Updater will be install/update resource files for Altitude.

p.s. X-CSL-Updater 1.3.1 still has option to install model packages to a custom path.
